- Kuala Lumpur Asian Heritage Row is at Jalan Doraisamy, a small road behind the Sheraton hotel KL.

Heritage comes from the idea to convert and renovate some old colonial style buildings into places dedicated to modern style nightlife. The nightclubs, bars, discos and restaurants are themed to look as trendy as possible, some are with illumination decorations and at the further end are some old fashioned Chinese eateries partly in the open space.

Here KL nightlife starts after 10pm, but the places are already open before 8pm and the whole street looks quite quiet the whole night. There are 2 places with dance floor and one of them pups out the latest Indian pop, if you like Indian music and dancing the right place is Glossy a disco style bar, one small glass of Heineken is Ringit 20,-. Opposite are some more bars and restaurants such as Mojo restaurant and more.

But frankly this is no match to Jalan P Ramlee, Changkat Bukit Bintang or Bangsar it’s at an lower scale. In general the nightclubs, bars and KL restaurants are an interesting cultural and culinary idea

because of modern style in an old environment from colonial times. You can party with great music and a excellent atmosphere and enjoy a good time in a modern dance scene.

Asian heritage row is just right If you like a quiet romantic night out with a girl friend, do some clubbing and hit the dance floor without being squeezed in the crown. It also might be a good choice because of the multi cultural ambience.

At this KL disco (Glossy pics above) is definitely a party atmosphere and plenty of people from other culture circles are around. Some pretty KL bars with a great atmosphere, stylish old furniture, full of character show where you are.
